Opening hours
We are closed on New Year’s Day (1st of January) and Christmas Day (25th of December). We are open on national Spanish holidays between 9 AM and 2 PM. Any exceptions will be notified on this website and on our office door.

Our office is very close to the famous harbour Puerto Banús and the Casino in Nueva Andalucía. It is very easy to access from both directions of the A7. We are located in the Nueva Andalucía roundabout.

You can either pay in person at our Golf-Service office or prepay by credit card or bank transfer. Please refer to our payment conditions for full details and payment terms.
We normally process bookings within 24 hours (48 hours for bookings made on Sundays) and aim to reply within 48 hours by email. For urgent or last-minute bookings, please contact us by phone.
No. The reason is that our bank does not allow it.
No, a handicap certificate is not required when making your booking. However, we recommend bringing it with you to the course, as the caddie master may occasionally request proof of handicap, generraly 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Most courses do not ask to see it. Following the dress code, respecting golf etiquette, and maintaining a good pace of play are generally more important.
The golf course decides the final groupings based on tee availability and occupancy.
Examples:
9 players: 4 + 3 + 2
6 players: 4 + 2
Depending on availability, groups who wish to play alone may be arranged as 3-balls (e.g. 3 + 3 + 3).
Any additional buggies required due to the group split are normally paid directly at the caddie master desk.
Many of our golf offers already include a buggy. Please check the course details and green fee rates on our website. Where buggies are not included, we can normally arrange a reservation for you. Payment is usually made directly at the golf course on the day of play. Most courses have plenty of buggies available, so advance booking is often not necessary.
